About Us 
Cut & Clear Tree Services was established by Peter Clipson in 2001.  The company aims to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to all its customers in the North Lincolnshire and surrounding area.  Cut & Clear has established a large number of satisfied customers who request their services year after year. 

Insurance
We have Employers Liability and Public Liability up to 5 Million pounds and are fully trained. 

Quotations
We undertake all domestic and commercial work.  As every job is different, a member of staff will visit your property/site and assess your requirements, a free no obligation quote will be given.  This is valid for a period of 6 months. 

Laws 
Some trees have Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) on them made under The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and The Town & Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999.  This means permission is needed from the local council before any work is to be carried out on them.  Cut & Clear works closely with the Council and are able to apply for consent on your behalf. 

The Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 makes it an offence to disturb a bird’s nest which is in use.  This means under construction, with eggs, chicks or birds using it regularly.  Therefore an inspection of the tree/hedge should be done before any work is carried out.  If a nest is found in use the job will be put back until it is no longer in use.
